AKAS SYRU 6006 Syringe Pump

The AKAS SYRU 6006 Syringe Pump is a high-performance syringe infusion pump designed for precise and controlled drug delivery in critical care environments, including ICUs, NICUs, operating theatres and cardiothoracic care. Its compact, lightweight design combines advanced infusion control with intelligent safety features to support accurate and reliable medication delivery.

The SYRU 6006 supports multiple infusion modes, including flow rate, target volume, target time, bolus, drug library and programmable modes. It accommodates syringe sizes from 2 mL to 50/60 mL and provides automatic syringe size recognition, while allowing custom programming for different syringe brands.

For enhanced medication safety, the pump features anti-bolus protection, adjustable occlusion pressure, visual and audible alarms, drug library functionality and event logging. Its dynamic pressure display provides real-time pressure monitoring in PSI or mmHg, while dedicated LED indicators improve visibility of pump status and syringe conditions in low-light ICU environments.

The SYRU 6006 also offers Purge Bolus and Auto Bolus functions, dosage taper-up/taper-down modes, KVO functionality and optional PCA capability. Up to four pumps can be stacked using the docking system, helping optimise space and improve mobility in clinical settings.

With flow rates of up to 3000 mL/hr depending on syringe size, battery backup of up to 8 hours at 5 mL/hr using a 50 mL syringe, and optional connectivity for data management, the AKAS SYRU 6006 is designed to support dependable and efficient infusion therapy in demanding healthcare environments.
