SK Health Care was set up in April 2015. The company was formed to represent itself to prospective suppliers, partners, and investors. From the start, we focused on Critical Care, Respiratory, Neonatal Care, and Emergency segments in the healthcare industry. We primarily operate in Eastern India, including West Bengal, Sikkim, and the North Eastern States. We serve both private and government sectors. In addition, we aim to expand our operations to nearby states. We also plan to extend our services to neighbouring countries like Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan. This foundation gives us a strong base for future growth.

After establishing a strong presence in these healthcare segments, we plan to expand into other verticals. For example, we aim to enter the diagnostics segment. The current market is poorly served and inconsistent. Many regions rely on fragmented local dealers and distributors. This situation often worsens due to the lack of reliable sales and service professionals. Therefore, our next steps will focus on building expertise and consistent service across all markets we serve.

To achieve this, SK Health Care will create a strong regional network of highly experienced and technically skilled clinical sales and service professionals. This team will provide dependable support and ensure high-quality service. As a result, we will become an attractive partner for large, geographically diverse healthcare product manufacturers and suppliers.
